The Partner Group data center is one of the most advanced data centers in Israel, ensuring a high level of SLA standards. All facility systems adhere to Tier III reliability levels and are designed for seamless operation.
The data center is located in a separate building in the Afek Industrial Park in the city of Rosh HaAyin. Over 2000 square meters of space are available in the data center’s secure zones for equipment placement. The facility is connected to all major communication operators in Israel through redundant channels. Only professional industrial equipment is used in the data center, ensuring redundancy in case of emergencies or maintenance.
SmartApe equipment is located in one of the containment zones of the data center. Our racks are equipped with two independent power feeds, fault-tolerant cooling, redundant communication channels, video surveillance, and security. The core network of SmartApe is also designed with redundancy in mind, ensuring uninterrupted operation even in the event of equipment failure. A team of engineers is available 24/7 on the data center premises to assist with any server-related issues for our clients.
